In the year 2000 AD, a new vision was introduced by a group of academic intellectual and IT experts to address the real needs and demands of the society as well as of the nation, which materialized in the establishment of a pioneer academic institution by the name of Oxford College of Engineering and Management (OCEM) and Oxford Secondary School (OSS) at Gaindakot, nearby Narayangarh city in the central part of Nepal.

 

Secondary Level Education

Oxford Secondary School (OSS) affiliated to the National Examination Board of Nepal has been offering +2 programs in Biology Science, Computer Science, Management with Computer Science, Hotel Management with Computer Science, Mass Media with Computer Science and Law with Computer Science. However, from the academic session 2078 OSS has started basic level education (Grade 0-10) as per policy of National Examination Board. As one of the wings of OCEM it has been running as an outstanding school by achieving 3 times Board Top position in the annual examination of HSEB/NEB.
