Each lab is equipped with lab instruments, accessories, chemicals and reagents as the nature of the lab. General science labs are located at the top floor of the main academic building. These are named as
Civil engineering is a broad field of engineering that deals with the planning, construction, and maintenance of fixed structures, or public works, as they are related to earth, water, or civilization and their processes. Department of civil engineering is producing quality engineers, fully capable for dedicated to the development of nation. The motto of civil labs is to minimize the gap between theory and real-life problem guided as by the syllabus and market demands. All the labs are installed at the basement of New Academic Building and they are named as:
It is basic lab for the foundation of engineering education, equipped 98 various traditional and modern and tools for manufacturing products. This lab contains various modern machines such as Lathe, Shaper, Milling Machine; bench vice, tools grinder, gas wielding, rapid prototyping machines, etc. This central facility is availaSable for design and manufacturing of products to all the faculties and students of all the departments. It is used for the mechanical workshop and robotic works. This lab is headed by Er. Santosh Gurung, a mechanical engineering, who did MTech in Mechanical Engineering.
The Thermal engineering lab is designed to explore the physical effects of energy transport particularly in nanoscale structures to obtain a better understanding of the physical world that can lead to engineering discoveries in energy applications. The focus is in impact of heat energy transport in semiconductor devices designed for energy conversion. This includes thermoelectric devices, solar cells, and fuel cells, etc. Another focus area is in heat flux measurement using thermo graphic phosphors and ultrasonic approaches. There are various equipment in the thermal lab as Four Stroke Engine, Two Stroke Engine, Generator (Diesel Engine), Air Compressor, Refrigeration Set, Emmissibility measurement , Petrol Engine, Thermal Conductivity Machine.

These laboratories are used to teach the basic principles of Water Supply Engineering and Sanitary Engineering. These are used ENV 4401L, the Water Laboratory, with a project-based set of experiments undertaken each semester. The students select a problem contaminant, such as lead or cadmium, review the literature on its prevalence and associated health risks, develop analytical methods to measure their chosen contaminant in the lab, and proceed to demonstrate the effectiveness of conventional water treatment methods at removing this contaminant from the source water. The students make use of equipment and supplies in the EAS 3760 and EAS 3625 labs. This laboratory course acquaints the students with the experimental techniques and approaches used to study major processes in water treatment. The laboratory is practically focused to verify knowledge learned in ENV 4401, which is a co-requisite of ENV 4401L. The equipment available is identical to that for the environmental laboratory.
Strength of Materials Laboratory offers facilities for testing building materials for their strength, behavior and suitability for various applications. The various equipment available in the lab are,

Demonstrations of various exiting works in the road construction sites in Nepal.
Broadly Geotechnical Engineering encompasses two distinct segments: Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering. Soil Mechanics deals with study of physical properties of soils, and the relevance of these properties as they affect soil strength, stability, and drainage. Foundation engineering deals with (i) selection of foundation type based on building site conditions and site constraints, (ii) determining size and reinforcement of the foundation and (iii) finally construction of foundation element.
Electrical and Electronics engineering is new discipline blended the two domains electrical and electronics. There are …labs in college, installed the 6th floor of the New Academic building. College has installed modern equipment in the different labs broad field of engineering that deals with the planning, construction, and maintenance of fixed structures, or public works, as they are related to earth, water, or civilization and their processes.
