A special congratulations to Matina Shrestha, a proud BCA graduate of OCEM, for securing the Gold Medal for achieving the highest marks in BCA. She was honored with this prestigious award by Rt. Hon. KP Sharma Oli, Chancellor of Pokhara University and Prime Minister of Nepal.
